Little meatloaf in a muffin pan? Yes please! These mini meat patties are so delicious they are sure to please even your pickiest eaters!
* Ingredients :
° 1 2/3 pounds sirloin ground
° 1 onion cutting to pieces

° 1 large egg with a sprinkle of milk, whisked
° 1 cup regular rusk
° 2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning (Recommended: McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning)
° 1 cup smoked barbecue sauce
° 1/2 cup tomato sauce
° 1 tsp sauce Worcestershiire
° Vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil

Heat oven 450 degres F .
Putting meat minced in large bowl. Putting onions // celery in processor food. Cut the peppers in half, chop the seeds and throw them in the trash. Cutting peppers to a some pieces // adding them to processor food.Whisk the blender wings to cut the vegetables into very small pieces, then place them in a meat grinder. Adding eggs scrambled, breadcrumbs, // roasted spices to bowl. Next, mixing smoked barbecue sauce with ketchup and sauceWorcestershire. Pour semi of sauce mixture to bowl with meatloaf mixture. Mixing meatloaf with your hands. Wash.Brush 12 muffin cups (1/2 cup each) with vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil. Using ice cream scoop to aide you fill meat to every container. Cover each loaf with a spoonful of the extra sauce. Bake about 20 minutes. Cut one piece of muffin to make sure the center is done.
