This old--fashioned peach cobbler recipe is not only simple to making from scratch, but it's made with fresh or canned peaches so you can enjoy them all year round! It's one of my mom's family's favorite recipes, and although I'm biased, I think it's the best ever!
° 1 stick of butter or ghee (12 cups)
° 1 c. milk
° 1 c sugar
° 1 c flour
° 1 tsp. Baking powder
° dash of salt
° 1 qt. Sweetened fruit (peach, cherry, blackberry, etc.)
* Directions :
Melt butter in 9" 13" baking tray. Mixing baking powder flour/sugar,, salt // milk. Pour the mixture into a frying pan over the butter; It is covered with fruit. Fruit, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, Enjoy !
