*Ingredients
°1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
°3 beaten eggs
°4 tablespoons oil
+For the coating
°2 cups flour
°4 teaspoons of paprika
°2 1/2 teaspoons salt
°1 teaspoon of pepper
°1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
°1 teaspoon thyme
°1 teaspoon of oregano
°1 teaspoon of tarragon
°1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
°1/2 teaspoon onion salt
°1/2 teaspoon celery salt
*optional add ketchup to mix
*Directions:
Sift all the ingredients for the coating together and place them in a clean plastic bag. Coat each piece of chicken first with the beaten egg, then with the flour mixture in the bag. Be sure to completely coat each piece in flour.
Heat oil in a skillet. Browning chicken in oil slowly, un-cover. Once browned, cover the pan and keep frying over very low heat until the chicken is completely cooked. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
