Taco Soup is a hearty filling recipe that adds a lot of ground beef, beans, corn and tomatoes to a delicious taco-flavored broth.

This taco soup recipe is one of those recipes that I always have with almost all of the ingredients, and it's easy to make a lot of them to serve an audience! We usually serve it with some bread on the side for a meal the whole family will enjoy !

* ingredients :

° 1 pound minced meat
° 15 ounces stewed tomatoes
° 15 oz tomatoes, mexican flavor
° 15 ounce can beans, hot
° 15 ounces whole corn, can or fresh
° 15 oz can of Pinto beans
° 1 liter chopped onion
° 1 1/4 ounce taco seasoning mix
° 1 1/4 oz ranch dressing mix

* Directions :

The first step:
In a large saucepan, brown beef and onion over medium-high heat.
Drain the fat from the skillet.
The second step:
Once they are grainy, add the taco and ranch seasoning to the beef and onions. Mix well.
Third step:
Add the tomatoes, beans and corn without draining any liquid from them.
Leave the mixture to simmer for about an hour.
The fourth step:
Serve easy nighttime taco soup hot with a cream cheese mix, cold sour cream, avocado slice, raw onion, and tortilla chips.
