A moist and delicious recipe for apple cupcakes made from scratch using buttercream, cinnamon and brown sugar to make a mouthwatering fall dessert !

* Ingredients :

+cake:
° 2 eggs
° 1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
° 1 cup apple juice
° Half a cup of sugar
° cup of soft unsalted butter
° 2 tsp. Baking powder
° 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
° ½ tsp. salt
° 1 tsp.  vanilla
+frost:
° 1 cup soft butter
° 3 cups powdered sugar
° ½ cup light brown sugar
° 1 teaspoon cinnamon
° 2 tablespoons milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla

* Directions

Step 1: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add butter and sugar. Whisk until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
Step 2: In a separate mixing bowl, add the baking powder, flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
Step 3: Transfer the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Add apple juice as well. Stir until well blended.
Step 4: Line muffin tins with paarchment paper or foil.
Step 5: Spoon two-thirds of the mixture and fill each lined muffin tin.
Step 6: Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 19 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and leave on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.
How to make decorations:
Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, add the cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and butter. Stir until fluffy.
Step 2: Sweetly add powder sugar & stir to well mixed .
Step 3: Pour in the milk and stir until well blended.
Step 4: Transfering icing to  piping bag & spreading it on cooled cake.
Step 5: Place a slice of apple on top of each cupcake.
Step 6: Place the cupcake in an airtight container.

Noticeable:
These cupcakes can stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature, just be sure to seal the container.
