Mashed potato sandwich between meatloaf for a gluten-free snack with Chex®️ Cereal. Easy and delicious!
* Ingredients :
° 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (at least 80%)
° 2 cups Cheeks™️ ️️ grain rice, finely ground
° 1 can (8 ounces) sauce tomato
° 1 carrot, grated (about 1 c )
° 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
° 3/4 teaspoon salt
° 3/4 teaspoon pepper
° 2 eggs, lightly beaten
° 3 cups prepared mashed potatoes
° 1/2 cup ketchup
* Directions :
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spraying 9 inch squares skiillet with cook spray.
2 In bowl, blend beef, grains, sauce tomato, carrots, parsley, salt, pepper, & eggs to mixed . Putting semi of meat blending in skillet. spread mashed potatoes on top; Cover with the remaining beef mixture. Spread ketchup on top.
3 Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a meat thermometer is inserted into the center of the meat and it becomes 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooling for 16 min, cutting to 4 squares.
