This baked pork tenderloin recipe is super easy with no custard or cloves. This recipe uses a moist heat cooking method for the first half, and the pork ends up being charred on high heat to caramelize the surface. The result is meat that is tender and full of flavour. This Baked Pork Recipe is perfect for entertaining!

Last Christmas I bought a half bone-in ham from Dakin Farm. I scored it, sprinkled it with cloves, and baked it as directed for 10 minutes per pound at 325°F. For the last 15 minutes I turned the heat up to high and powdered it with a simple glaze, a mixture of brown sugar, maple syrup and fresh orange juice.

In my post-event Christmas review, I wrote: "The ham was amazing; the mustard sauce outrageously tasty.

But I still had questions: Was registration necessary? Was the clove necessary? Was snow necessary?
