I think the risk of more blizzards is long gone (knock on wood). The grass turns green and the weather is finally in the 60's.
You don't even know how much I love warm weather. I really should be moving somewhere warm all year long, but Minnesota, despite its biting cold, is right at home.
So when spring finally comes around, I bake a ton of fruit. Strawberries often appear in this house. I don't know if it's a good thing or if my kids are sick of it, but one thing I do know is that they went crazy over the Strawberry Pound Cake! (They also love my strawberry shortcake recipe, but that's a story for another post!)
