°4 medium sized tomatoes.
°2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced.
°1 small red onion - thinly sliced.
°1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
°1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into small pieces.
°2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
°1 tsp red wine vinegar.
°1 teaspoon of honey (for a touch of sweetness).
°Salt and pepper to taste.

the first step
Combine diced tomatoes, cucumber slices and red onion slices in a large bowl.
The second stage
Add some chopped parsley and a few torn basil leaves. These vibrant herbs will brighten up your salad with their refreshing scent and vibrant color.
The third step
Prepare the dressing by combining the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey (if using), salt and pepper in a separate small bowl and whisking until smooth. This will be the dressing. 
The fourth step

Fifth step

Once the salad has rested, toss it quickly to redistribute the ingredients and bring out the flavors. Check the dressings and make any necessary changes. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste by adding salt, pepper or vinegar.

Prepare a serving plate or individual plates for the tomato, cucumber and onion salad. Sprinkle with a few basil leaves for aesthetic value.
