*ingredients:
°2 cups of all-purpose flour
°1 tablespoon baking powder
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
°3/4 cup of milk
*How to make:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). In mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, & salt. Use pastry cutter or your fingers, cut in the butter to mix resembles coarse sand. Make a hole in the center of the mixture and pour the curd. Stirring to the dough holds together.
Turning dough out onto floured surface and knead it gently a few times. Roll out the dough into a 1-inch-thick rectangle. Using a 2-inch cookie cutter, cut out as many cookies as you can and place them on a baking sheet. Gather the scraps and fold again, cutting out extra biscuits until all of the dough is used.
Bake cookies for 12-15 mn or to golden brown. .
