*Ingredients

°2 croissants
°150 ml of milk
°40g Emmental, Comté, or Swiss Gruyère
°15 grams of butter
°15 grams of flour
°1 pinch of ground nutmeg
°salt pepper

* Methods : 

• Preheat oven to 200°C.
• Grate the cheese. reservation. 
• Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it.
• In another saucepan, melt the butter, then add the flour and whisk well.
• Pour the boiled milk over it and stir until the preparation thickens, there should be no lumps.
• Mix the grated cheese, reserving two tablespoons.
Adding nutmeg, salt and pepper.
• Open each croissant into 2 pieces, cover them with béchamel cheese, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of grated cheese on each and close the croissant.
• Put it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
**Serve it hot with a green salad.
